what ended up happening is theo gave out free advertising, could be a LOT worse. like i said, if theo went and did a show and got stiffed on the pay, that'd be 100x worse than this. at least in this situation he really only ended up wasting a lil bit of time during his podcast. hell he can even go back and edit out those promos if he wants to.
