All weapons are viable in Bloodborne. It really depends on your build. With your stats, go for weapons that scale well with skill (blades of mercy, burial blade, threaded cane etc). Quality weapons like the saw cleaver and saw spear can also be used. Go with what you like using more.

Cane, twin blades, rapier and scythe have the best skill scaling. Katana and holy blade after that. But holy blade scales a bit better with str. Rifle spear is quite early on, same with holy blade.
