I would say if you want to carry +p loads the 30 or 30sf, If not maybe the 30s would be a good choice. For me it's the 30sf. It is such a smooth good shooting gun I'll take the extra 3ozs and 1/10" extra width of the 30sf. The sf grip is large enough I couldn't see any reason to get the standard G30.The G29 can be easily converted to shoot .40S&W with a barrel swap for better economy. However, I find them both about equally accurate. I do most of my dryfiring with the 21 because of the heavier trigger pull.

The 33 is quick where the 30 is more of a push. The 10 round mag makes a difference for me over the 9 round in control of the 30. The 30SF is fairly comfortable for me; the regular 30 not so much, but the Gen4 is ( which is supposedly the same as the SF).
